Mr. Gao is a graduate of the Shanghai Institute for Foreign Trade where he studied finance and politics. For over 30 years Mr. Gao worked in the public sector, including senior positions at the foreign affairs office of the Central Government.
Mr. Gao joined the private sector and provided his extensive experience in politics, finance and international trade to several publicly listed companies in Hong Kong where Mr. Gao has held senior positions including Executive Director and CEO.
Mr. Gao is currently an Executive Director and Chairman of the Board for a Hong Kong Stock Exchange Main Board listed company.
